Diabetes Friendly Brownie
- Diabesmart atta (plugin): 1.9 gms
- Stevia: 0.14 gms
- Baking soda: 0.025 gms
- Salt: 0.025 gms
- Cocoa powder: 0.325 gms
- Vinegar: 0.05 mL
- Sunflower Oil: 0.8 mL
- Water: 2.5 L

Preheat oven to 200 F. Spray a square brownie pan with baking spray.
Break the chocolate into small pieces and add it and the oil into a small bowl placed over slowly simmering water. When most of the chocolate has melted, remove the bowl and stir the chocolate.
Place the Diabesmart Atta, Cocoa powder, stevia, and powdered erythritol into a medium-sized bowl and mix to combine. Add the melted chocolate. Add the dry ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.
Spread the thick brownie batter into the pan and bake for 35-40 minutes. Let it cool in the pan, then lift the brownies out of the pan. Enjoy
Break the chocolate into small pieces and place them into a small sized bowl with the Cocoa Powder and oil.
Pour the heavy cream into a small saucepan and, over medium heat, bring it up to a simmer.
Pour the heavy cream over the chocolate and stir until the chocolate has melted.
Let the chocolate cool a bit and thicken. Spread over the brownies and let them cool in the fridge until the chocolate has hardened.
