The DiabeSmart Bhujia is made with a combination of Chickpea Flour, Edible Vegetable Oil (Sunflower), Moth Bean Flour, Edible Salt, Mixed Spices. Quinoa Flour, Flax Seed Flour, Groundnuts, Soy Flour, Ragi Flour, Oats Flour, Methi seed powder (0.03%), Jamun Seed Powder (0.01%), Karela Seed Powder (0.01%), Jackfruit Flour.
All these ingredients have a low glycemic index and thus lower the overall glycemic load of our product. Furthermore, this Bhujia has anti-diabetic ingredients such as methi seed, karela seed and jackfruit that have been scientifically proven to help in diabetes.
