U cheated us

U send me my parcel and my free gift gluco meter without testing strips. U showed in ur website free gluco meter worth Rs. 650 with every order worth Rupees 399 but u cheated us because this gluco meter is worth Rupees 650 with testing strips but u don't give me those strips. I never ordered u again if I don't received my complete gluco meter.

I still have not received my order , it’s been 5 days the order is in my city , been out for delivery four time but didn’t deliver and the courier person even doesn’t contact or intimate me about anything. Also, they kept on updating on their site some lame excuses .. I was at home all the time ,but no one came to deliver the product and also today they have updated the address is incomplete .. PATHETIC is the word for your courier Partner ! An honest feedback , please change your courier service if you don’t want to loose your customers. Today it’s me , tomorrow it would be more !
