  • Till what till can we change/ cancel/ pause the meals?

    Yes, you can cancel a meal for any day (12 hrs prior) and get the credit adjusted for another day.

  • Do you also provide breakfast meals?

    We offer a breakfast kit that can be used to satisfy the daily dietary needs. Along with the normal meal delivery, the breakfast kit will be sent to you the day before.

  • Can I change my delivery address on specific days?

    Yes! Our team is very flexible regarding delivery addresses. Within the serviceable area, the meals can be delivered to different locations.

  • Do I get a personal nutritionist assigned?

    No, we do not assign any personal nutritionist to you during the course of your meal subscription. However, we have an in house nutritionist to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

  • What if I am allergic to certain foods?

    When you sign up for any of our meal subscriptions, we will need you to fill an initial onboarding form taking details about your allergies and other specifications. Based on the information, we will prepare your meals accordingly.

  • Do I need to get any tests done before starting the meal subscription?

    Not necessary. But if you have any pre-existing conditions please consult your doctor before starting the meal subscription and inform our team.

  • What is the refund policy?

    In case you wish to cancel your subscription to the meal deliveries prior to its activation, we will refund the whole amount to your account. In the event you choose to cancel the subscription after its activation and before the expiration date, we will deduct 500 rupees as a processing fee and refund the rest to you. You can also transfer your subscription to some other person or pause it for an indefinite period. We also provide an easy exchange policy, wherein the balance amount (after deducting an amount equivalent to the per meal cost of the number of meals utilized) left can be utilized to buy any goods from our website such as snacks, chocolates, cookies, flour, etc.

  • Which cities is the subscription available in?

    We have kitchens set up in Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi, and Gurgaon that help us deliver fresh and healthy meals.

  • What are the delivery timings?

    Lunch and dinner delivery timings are: Mon-Sun 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM. *Early or late deliveries can be accommodated on request, subject to our discretion.

  • Are there any additional delivery charges involved?

    There are no additional delivery fees for locations up to 7 kilometers from our nearest serving kitchen. Beyond 7 km, the delivery fee is determined by the number of extra kilometers and the delivery partner's rate. Our team will inform you of the extra charges when you purchase the plan.

  • Can I change my city's mid-subscription?

    Yes absolutely! We deliver to Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, and Gurgaon. You can change your location to any of these cities.

  • Can I opt for a 3-day plan more than once?

    No, our 3 Day trial plan is for you to experience the taste, quality, and portion size of our food. This trial plan can be opted for only once.
