Sugar-free coconut biscuit alternatives are very less but I must say this one stands out, out of them all.
The taste is simply excellent and absolutely safe, meant for diabetic people.

I used to have ensure diabetes care protein powder earlier. Based on suggestion from my doctor in bangalore, i shifted to this protein powder. Taste is better than ensure and without sucralose.
