Till what time can we change/ cancel/ pause the meals?
Yes, you can cancel a meal for any day (12 hrs prior) and get the credit adjusted for another day.

Do you also provide breakfast meals?
We offer a breakfast kit that can be used to satisfy the daily dietary needs. Along with the normal meal delivery, the breakfast kit will be sent to you the day before.

Can I choose different locations for different deliveries ?
Regarding delivery addresses, we are totally flexible. Within the serviceable location, different meals can be delivered to different locations.

Do I get a personal nutritionist assigned?
No, we do not assign any personal nutritionist to you during the course of your meal subscription. However, we have an in house nutritionist to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

What if I am allergic to certain foods?
When you sign up for any of our meal subscriptions, we will need you to fill an initial onboarding form taking details about your allergies and other specifications. Based on the information, we will prepare your meals accordingly.

Do I need to get any tests done before starting the meal subscription?
Not necessary. But if you have any pre-existing conditions please consult your doctor before starting the meal subscription and inform our team.

What is the refund policy?
In case you wish to cancel your subscription to the meal deliveries prior to its activation, we will refund the whole amount to your account. In the event you choose to cancel the subscription after its activation and before the expiration date, we will deduct 500 rupees as a processing fee and refund the rest to you. You can also transfer your subscription to some other person or pause it for an indefinite period. We also provide an easy exchange policy, wherein the balance amount (after deducting an amount equivalent to the per meal cost of the number of meals utilized) left can be utilized to buy any goods from our website such as snacks, chocolates, cookies, flour, etc.
