Mushroom Sandwich


A tasty treat for Diabetics too

Ingredients:
  • 10g chopped onion
  • 10g chopped tomato
  • 20g red and yellow bell pepper
  • 10g chopped green capsicum
  • 20g cheese
  • 70g sliced mushroom
  • 4 slices of keto bread
  • 20g mayonnaise
  • 10g Amul butter
  • 0.05g black pepper

Directions (Grilling time: 2-4 min):

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, including onion, tomatoes, bell pepper, mayonnaise, and sliced mushrooms.
Spread Amul butter on top of each bread slice.
Fill each slice with 75g of the stuffing mixture.
Toast the sandwich for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Serve hot.
