- 2 eggs
- 10g olive oil/butter
- 20g cream
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- 15g mayo dip

Directions (Cooking time: 2-3 min):
Whisk eggs, cream, and salt together.
Heat a pan over low heat (induction temperature: 800) and add olive oil/butter.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and keep folding the eggs regularly.
Cook the egg for 1-2 minutes until fluffy.
Sprinkle crushed pepper on top and serve with toasted keto bread and mayo dip.
